filesharing for the meatspace era
Flipflop is a Rust app that sets up persistent, trusted tunnels between two or more of your devices so you can send files, links, or text anytime. It works over Bluetooth, LAN, or the internet using Iroh, with builds for Linux, macOS, Windows, and Android.
Why now: It was recently shown on Hacker News as an Iroh-powered alternative for peer-to-peer file sharing between devices.
Who it is for: People who want simple, direct file sharing between their own devices or family members' devices without cloud services.
