The Israeli human rights organisation B'Tselem has published a report titled 'The Elimination Project', arguing that the dismantling of Palestinian collective existence in the West Bank is a deliberate policy of the Israeli state rather than a series of isolated actions. The report frames settlement expansion, displacement and restrictions on Palestinian life as parts of a single strategy.
