BNA

The creator of an online petition is proposing that a Dolly Parton Imagination Library space be added inside Nashville International Airport (BNA). The children's literacy program, founded by Parton, mails free books to young children, and a dedicated space in the airport would give traveling families a reading area for kids. It remains unclear whether airport officials have responded to the proposal.

Nashville International Airport is offering travel tips to passengers ahead of the fall break period. With many families planning trips in the coming days, the airport is advising travelers to arrive early, prepare for busier security lines, and check flight statuses before heading to the terminal. The guidance comes as airports across the country typically see a seasonal uptick in passenger volume during school breaks.
