Bodycam

Newly released bodycam footage shows a retail theft that viewers are calling particularly senseless, with the suspect caught on camera stealing items that observers say hardly justified the risk. The clip has drawn widespread attention as people debate the pointlessness of the crime and react to the police response captured on video.
