Buddy

Pennsylvania State University is holding a Ballot Buddy Block Party on October 6, combining entertainment with civic education ahead of the election season. The campus event is designed to help students and community members learn about voting and ballot procedures in an informal, festive setting, with organizers pairing games and activities with practical information on registering and casting a ballot.

A short clip from the popular series Daily Dose Of Internet shows a dog called Buddy confidently behaving as if something is true, only to be proved completely wrong moments later. The lighthearted clip has drawn well over a million likes as viewers share it as a funny example of misplaced confidence.
