Kakao plans to open a hub in Busan this year dedicated to developing artificial intelligence talent and supporting startups. The facility is intended to nurture skilled AI workers and help early-stage companies in the sector grow, extending the tech company's footprint beyond the Seoul area to South Korea's second-largest city.
