Corby

Closing down signs have gone up at TG Jones stores in Corby and Wellingborough, in premises formerly occupied by WHSmith, as the high street chain undergoes a company restructuring. The move signals further shrinkage of the retailer's store estate as it reviews which branches will remain open. Local shoppers are reacting to the loss of familiar high street stores in both Northamptonshire towns.
