Coxhoe

A runner completed the Coxhoe trail run on a cool, sunny Sunday morning, finishing under their 50-minute target despite little training this year. No official time has been published yet, but they expect a result close to last year's. They described good conditions and said they felt generally strong, pausing briefly to walk after the first bank in the plantation to manage their heart rate.

A running group met on Sunday morning for an easy run with Coxhoe, looping around the quarry on a cool but dry morning. Eighteen runners took part across both groups, a bigger turnout than usual. One runner noted it was good to catch up after a couple of weeks away, and the group is looking ahead to the Coxhoe trail run next week.
