Czech baseball figure Martin Schneider says the Extraliga, the country's top baseball league, will one day come to Olomouc, but only if the club builds the team on its own homegrown players rather than bringing in outside talent. He framed a long-term player development plan as the realistic path to the top division for the Moravian city.
