Mariano Benítez de Lugo, the lawyer known for having Mariano Rajoy testify in the Gürtel corruption case and for defending evicted families, appeared on David Broncano's show La Revuelta to discuss Spain's housing crisis. He argued that Article 47 of the Constitution, which guarantees decent housing, is being ignored, and said the government's housing decree should simply have barred evictions without alternative housing.
