Del Ray

Thousands of visitors turned out for Art on the Avenue in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood despite rainy weather, with photos from the event showing crowds browsing stalls and enjoying the festivities under wet conditions. The annual street festival brings artists, vendors and live entertainment to the area, and organizers and attendees alike appeared undeterred by the downpour.
