Diamond Open Access

A Diamond Open Access Policy Forum has been established for Latin America and the Caribbean, aimed at coordinating regional policy on non-fee scholarly publishing. Diamond open access, in which journals charge neither authors nor readers, is a strong tradition in the region through Latin American research networks. The forum is intended to strengthen cooperation among governments, universities and publishers supporting this model.
