El Paso Police Department

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is ending its agreement with Flock Safety, the company behind automated license plate reader cameras used by law enforcement. The move ends the department's access to the camera network in the Colorado county. Flock cameras have drawn ongoing debate over privacy and surveillance, and sheriff's offices elsewhere have faced similar pressure over their use.
