Exynos

Reports suggest the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra could use an Exynos processor, as Qualcomm's 5 GHz Snapdragon chipset is said to run too hot. The possibility of Samsung returning to its in-house chip for its flagship phone is drawing attention, with discussions about whether thermal concerns will shape the device's final specification.

Samsung is reportedly considering using its own Exynos chip in the Galaxy S27 Ultra, following reports that Qualcomm's next Snapdragon processor could run hot. The reports suggest Samsung may drop Qualcomm's chip for its flagship phone to avoid overheating issues. Qualcomm, however, denies that any such problems exist, leaving the matter disputed between the two companies.
