FARRAH

The Space Review has published a 2025 article examining URSALA, RAQUEL, and FARRAH, described as top secret satellites. The piece discusses these classified spacecraft and their purported roles, drawing attention from readers interested in space and intelligence programs. Details about the satellites' operators and missions remain limited given their classified nature.

A decommissioned American reconnaissance satellite from the Cold War era, nicknamed after actress Farrah Fawcett, has fragmented in orbit. The break-up of the long-dead spacecraft is drawing attention because it may have scattered debris into orbit around Earth. Observers of space activity and space situational agencies are discussing the event, noting that even retired military satellites can pose hazards when they fall apart decades after launch.
