Fujikawa

Hanshin Tigers manager Kyuji Fujikawa says his side will face Yomiuri Giants on October 1 as challengers with the Central League title magic number at three. The Tigers beat Yakult Swallows 5-0, though errors by Takahashi and others were covered by the team effort. Fujikawa called for an all-out push in the final stretch, with photos of a smiling Takahashi drawing attention.
