Students and families in Mexico are searching for the October 2026 payment calendar for the Rita Cetina scholarship, the federal secondary-school stipend managed under the Bienestar welfare programmes. Mexican media including El Heraldo de México, Informador and W Radio have published tentative payment schedules alongside dates for the Benito Juárez scholarship, and are explaining differences between the universal grant and the uniforms grant for Quintana Roo and other states.

Spanish television audiences have shifted markedly, with Telecinco falling from its long-standing leadership and being overtaken by La 1, according to Heraldo. The turnaround marks a significant moment in Spain's ratings battle, ending Mediaset España's channel's dominance and reshaping the competitive picture between the main national broadcasters.
