Huracán Polo

Hurricane Polo is approaching Baja California Sur, Mexico, with landfall expected between 4 and 6 pm on Monday, September 28. Authorities have restricted movement in the state as strong winds and high surf hit the coast. Together with Tropical Storm Rachel, Polo is intensifying rainfall across Mexico's Pacific coast, and a high-surf and coastal flooding advisory has been issued for southern California. President Claudia Sheinbaum addressed the population ahead of the storm's arrival.
