Prosecutors in Italy have requested 20 precautionary measures in an investigation into rigged defense-related public contracts. According to Repubblica, the probe into million-euro procurement spans the Defense Ministry, Navy, Air Force, RFI, Terna, the Polo Strategico Nazionale and the police. Investigators say Chamber of Deputies vice-president Salvatore Mulé recommended a general, with the inquiry touching senior figures in the sector.
