Jean-Louis Borloo

Jean-Louis Borloo is back in the French conversation as the political right draws on his ecological thinking to build its programme for the 2027 presidential election. The right says it wants to put a 'desirable ecology' at the heart of its platform, borrowing the approach Borloo championed during his time as environment minister.
