Sony is reportedly in negotiations to develop a live-action film based on EA's Battlefield video game franchise, according to a report by KitGuru. No deal has been confirmed, and details such as directors, cast or a release timeline remain unknown. If it proceeds, the project would follow a string of video game adaptations moving to film and television in recent years.
