LAPD

A former Los Angeles Police Department detective convicted of the 1986 murder of his lover's wife has been denied parole once more, according to NBC Los Angeles. The ruling means the ex-detective will remain in custody for the killing that has kept him behind bars for decades. The case remains notable because it involved a decorated police officer implicated in a murder tied to an extramarital affair.

A police-misconduct tracking site has published a listing for Enrique Robledo, identified as a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department. The page gives no further details about alleged conduct, an investigation, or any disciplinary action, and no other reporting on the listing has emerged so far.
