Amazon has started cutting prices on robot lawn mowers ahead of its Prime Day shopping event. Mashable reports deals on models from brands including Dreame and Mammotion, with other manufacturers also discounted. The early offers give shoppers a chance to buy robotic mowers at lower prices before the main sale begins.

The Mammotion Luba Mini 2 AWD robot lawn mower is on sale at Amazon for $1,699, a $300 discount from its usual price. The all-wheel-drive model is aimed at owners of larger or sloped lawns who want automated mowing without perimeter wiring. Shoppers tracking lawn-care tech deals are being pointed to the offer as a notable seasonal price cut.
