Memorial Hospital

Memorial Hospital will host a free Mental Health First Aid training session on October 22, open to community members. The course teaches participants to recognize signs of mental health and substance use challenges and how to respond and connect people with appropriate help. It is part of a broader push to expand mental health literacy and early intervention skills in local communities.
