Meta Charm

Meta has launched an AI-powered device called Muse Charm, according to reports. The coverage also points to five upcoming AI gadgets, with Samsung and Apple said to be developing their own entries in the same category. The news adds to intensifying competition among major tech firms to put AI into consumer hardware.

Meta chief Mark Zuckerberg has presented the Muse Charm, a small wearable device he describes as packing a lot of technology into a compact form. 'We've packed a lot of technology into this little guy,' he said while showing the gadget. Details on pricing, availability and full specifications remain limited, and reactions are still forming.

Meta has reportedly developed Muse Charm, a keychain-sized device dedicated to running AI agents. The product was brought to life in just nine months under the direction of a former Apple designer, according to Japanese-language AI news coverage. The compact form factor suggests Meta is exploring new wearable hardware categories beyond its smart glasses as interest in agent-based AI tools grows.

Meta is preparing to release a new hardware device called Meta Charm, described in Japanese tech media as an AI take on the Tamagotchi virtual pet, with launch planned within the year. Details on pricing and features remain limited, but the device is understood to center on an always-present AI companion experience built on Meta's AI assistant technology.
