Milpitas

Milpitas has started the environmental review process for the proposed Murphy Village development. The review will assess the project's potential impacts on traffic, air quality, noise and other local conditions, a required step before the plan can advance toward approval. The development is expected to draw attention from residents and planners as it moves through the city's review pipeline.
