The updates address two of the biggest criticisms of Mercedes' electric off-roader since its launch, as automakers across the industry continue shifting toward the NACS standard in the United States.

NACS, the association for convenience retailers, is promoting an upcoming education session examining where THC-infused products, likely hemp-derived beverages, fit in store cold vaults alongside beer and other chilled drinks. The preview signals growing retailer interest in how cannabidiol and THC drinks should be merchandised, regulated and sold as the category expands across US stores.

EVDANCE has expanded its EV charging extension cable line to cover both NACS and J1772 connector standards, letting electric vehicle owners extend their reach to chargers regardless of plug type. The move follows the industry's ongoing shift toward the NACS standard, with many drivers still using J1772 equipment and looking for flexible charging accessories that work across both systems.
