Lukoil's board of directors has recommended an interim dividend of 535 rubles per share for the first nine months of 2026, an amount analysts described as close to expectations. The announcement comes amid broader dividend season discussion in Russia: Gazprom payouts are no longer expected by the market, state companies are set to pay around 1 trillion rubles, and Novatek and Sibur shareholders including Mikhelson and Timchenko received 158 billion rubles.
