Ukraine's State Emergency Service is deploying tents across Kyiv to help residents cope with power outages. The first points have appeared in the Obolon, Holosiiv and Podil districts, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Residents can charge devices and use Wi-Fi there, and officials say more points will be set up in Kyiv and other regions if needed.
