Red Alert

Police in the Netherlands have arrested several suspected burglars in separate incidents. In Tilburg, two burglars were caught after a bystander spotted them and called the police, while in Toms Creek officers caught a man red-handed with money during a break-in. The quick arrests are drawing attention to the role of alert residents in stopping burglaries.
