Red Notice

In Finland, bilberry bushes are already turning red in mid-August, an early sign of autumn. Observers note the reddening leaves indicate the berries have reached their highest sugar content and now taste noticeably sweeter than a few weeks ago. Nature watchers in Scandinavia are sharing the seasonal change, which points to an early start of the autumn colours in the northern forests.
