Resurrection

NewsChannel 10 reporter Leslie Chapman will go live at 6:30 from the Resurrection Catholic Church booth on Tuesday. The announcement points to upcoming coverage of a church event, though no further details about the programme or its content have been given.

A former church in Los Angeles' Silver Lake neighborhood has been converted into a hotel, in a project described as a resurrection of the historic building. The redevelopment gives the religious landmark a new hospitality use, adding to Silver Lake's mix of restored architectural landmarks. Details about the operators, opening date and scale of the conversion have not yet been reported.
