Swiss voters have decisively rejected a proposal to toughen the country's neutrality law, with final government results showing more than 70% voting against it and a majority opposed in all 26 cantons. The initiative was championed by a right-wing populist party and would have restricted Swiss cooperation with other states in matters involving neutral countries.
