Rolla, an arcade bullet hell game inspired by low-budget B-movies, has been released on Steam. Players control a meatball, dodging dense bullet patterns in a roguelike-style arcade homage to campy creature-feature cinema. Gaming outlets have picked up on its odd premise, with coverage highlighting the novelty of playing as a meatball and its tongue-in-cheek tribute to trashy film culture.
