Sunday school

In Italy, All Saints' Day falls on Sunday this year, and in most regions classes will go ahead as normal on Monday 2 November, making it a regular school day. However, several regional calendars have scheduled lessons to be suspended that day, so attendance depends on where students live. Parents and teachers are checking their local school calendars to confirm whether the day after the holiday weekend is off.

The piece reflects a wider conversation among faith communities about how churches teach young people and keep them engaged.
