Space enthusiasts are sharing new raw images from NASA's Perseverance rover, taken on Sol 1993 by the SuperCam Remote Micro-Imager as it looked east-southeast across Jezero crater. The images show bright rocks, white-balanced to approximate natural colours. Commenters say more will be known about the formation of these Martian rocks once further analysis is done.
