Fintech firm Tellus and Central Bank of Kansas City, a certified Community Development Financial Institution, have announced a partnership offering an FDIC-insured deposit account. The deal pairs Tellus's consumer technology with the community bank's regulated banking charter, aiming to broaden access to insured savings products while supporting CDFI-led community lending.
