Truth Initiative

The French Institute and the Goethe-Institut have launched "Adevăruri în mișcare" (Truths in Motion), a programme in Romania combining films, sound art and public debates aimed at fighting disinformation, with school pupils placed at the centre of the initiative. The project links media literacy education with cultural events, drawing attention as disinformation remains a growing concern across Europe.

Truth Initiative, the US nonprofit focused on tobacco prevention, hosted its Unity in Public Health Reception, an event centered on advancing health equity. The gathering brought together public health partners under the theme of uniting efforts to reduce health disparities, particularly those tied to tobacco use in underserved communities.
