Developer franze released big-arrow-on-the-screen, a tool that lets AI agents paint large arrows, boxes and text directly on a user's screen. Hacker News readers are discussing the concept, with hundreds of upvotes, debating whether on-screen annotation is a genuinely useful new interaction mode for AI agents or a gimmick.
