BBC Radio 3's In Concert is broadcasting James MacMillan's Symphony No 6, performed by the Hallé Orchestra under conductor Kahchun Wong. The Scottish composer's Sixth Symphony receives a prominent showcase on the station's classical concert programme, pairing one of Britain's leading orchestras with its Singapore-born chief conductor and a major contemporary British composer.

RNZ has published a feature on Qiulae Wong, describing an 'awesome' upbringing and exploring what it is like to raise a family while working in politics. The piece is framed as a road trip with Wong, combining personal reflections on her childhood and parenting with conversation about her political life.

Guitarist Cory Wong, known for his work with Vulfpeck and his prolific solo career, has confirmed a tour for winter 2027. The announcement comes via music news outlet Jambands.com. Details on venues and dates have not been shared in the available coverage, but fans of the funk and jam band scene are following news of the upcoming run.
