The work focuses on the intersection of health policy and technology, asking how regulations and broadband access shape whether remote treatment can reach rural communities. The article appears in UConn Today.

Reports circulating online claim Angel Zhao was detained at Los Angeles International Airport. Details about her identity, the circumstances of the detention, or whether authorities have confirmed the incident remain limited, and no official statement has been widely cited.
