solar farm developers

Ford is supporting the development of a large new solar farm in Michigan to power its factories in the state. The move adds to the automaker's push toward clean energy for its manufacturing operations, though details on the project's size, partners and timeline are not yet available.

A 7.7-megawatt community solar farm has been switched on at the DeKalb airport in Illinois. The project adds local renewable power capacity, with residents and businesses able to subscribe to community solar rather than installing panels themselves. It is being reported by regional outlets as a notable local clean-energy development.
