Children as young as three are appearing in US immigration court to face deportation orders without legal representation, as the Trump administration fast-tracks removal proceedings. Advocates and commentators are calling the hearings 'monstrous' and a violation of due process, arguing the practice is shocking consciences because many of the children have no parent, guardian or attorney present to defend them.
