Achmea and other Dutch companies, together with MyCheck, are developing an independent digital identity wallet for businesses. The wallet is intended to let companies manage and share verified digital identity data securely, without dependence on a single platform provider. The initiative comes as interest grows in the Netherlands in self-managed digital identity solutions ahead of national digital ID developments.
