Agrado

Spanish golfer Eugenio Chacarra finished runner-up at the Open de España after a dramatic final stretch, with Spanish press describing eight holes of 'epic and madness' that decided the tournament. The finishing drama at the national open has drawn attention to Chacarra's performance on home soil.

A line from Pedro Almodóvar's 1999 film All About My Mother is circulating widely on social media. The quote, spoken by the character Agrado — 'You are more authentic the more you resemble what you've dreamed you are' — is being shared alongside tags for Pride, trans rights and queer joy, largely by users in LGBTQ communities. The film, a landmark of Spanish cinema centered on trans women and chosen family, remains a touchstone of queer culture.
