Andreas Englund

The Detroit Red Wings have activated defenseman Andreas Englund from the immigration non-roster list, clearing him to join the team. The administrative move means the Swedish blueliner's paperwork issues have been resolved, allowing him to participate with the club. Englund, a physical left-shot defender, is expected to now be available for games as Detroit finalizes its roster.
