Latvian Defense Minister Andris Spruds has said that Russia's ongoing hybrid attacks, rather than its nuclear rhetoric, are the main security concern for the Baltic state. Latvia, which borders Russia, has faced repeated incidents of sabotage, disinformation, and cyberattacks attributed to Moscow. The minister's remarks suggest NATO's eastern flank countries see everyday subversion as a more immediate danger than Kremlin nuclear threats.
