BSW-Solar

Germany generated as much solar energy by the end of September as it did during the whole of 2025, according to industry association BSW-Solar. The figure is being shared as a sign of the country's rapid solar expansion, and is almost three times Australia's solar production over the same period, prompting praise online for the pace of Germany's clean energy transition.
