French prosecutors have dismissed the defamation complaint filed by Nuñez against comedian Barré, who had called him a 'big piss tank' on air. Barré also compared the police to 'Daesh with job security'. The prosecutors' office, which does not initiate defamation investigations itself, closed the case without further action.
