Ben-Hur

A feature revisiting Charlton Heston at home has drawn fresh attention, with the Ben-Hur actor describing the couple of hundred acres of canyon surrounding his Beverly Hills property as still close to 'the way God made them.' He spoke of valuing the seclusion and the people and things he wanted close at hand. The remarks portray the late star's private life and love of unspoiled land rather than his film career.
